Delmar CO (legal entity Delmaar Digital OÜ, registration number 17408113, address F. R. Kreutzwaldi tn 29, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10147 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia) respects the privacy of everyone who uses delmar.agency. This document explains what data we collect through the site, why, and how we use it.
What data we collect
When you submit the application form on the site, we receive:
- name
- age (the form only accepts applicants 18 and older)
- country
- phone number
- a contact for reaching you (Telegram, Instagram or WhatsApp)
- experience with content platforms
- an optional note about yourself
- an optional photo
The site also remembers your chosen interface language in a technical cookie. If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, the site also collects anonymized visit statistics through Google Analytics: which pages were opened, where the visitor came from and from what device. If you click "Decline", analytics stays off. The site does not use advertising cookies.
How we use the data
Data from the form is used only to review your application and contact you at the phone number or contact you provided. We do not use this data for third party advertising and we do not sell it.
Who the data is shared with
Your application is delivered to us through Telegram (Bot API), into the personal and team chats of Delmar CO. Telegram Messenger LLP acts as the technical delivery channel for the message. We do not share applicant data with any advertising networks, data brokers or other third parties.
Visit statistics, if you consent, are processed by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited). Application form data is not sent to Google: analytics only records the fact that an application was submitted, without your name, phone number or any other field.
If a collaboration begins after we talk, further data handling and the terms of the work are agreed separately and individually, outside the scope of this form.
Cookies and browser local storage
- lang_pref: a technical cookie that stores your chosen site language, not used for tracking.
- cookie banner consent: stored in your browser's localStorage, never sent to our server or off your device.
- exit intent popup flag: also stored only in localStorage.
- Google Analytics cookies (_ga and related): set only after you consent in the cookie banner, used for anonymized visit statistics.
You can clear any of this at any time through your browser settings.
How long we keep data
Application data is kept in Telegram correspondence for as long as needed to review the application, and for the duration of the collaboration if one begins. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
Age restriction
The site and the form are intended only for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or process data from anyone younger than 18.
